Shipping policy
Our business hours are Wednesday to Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, excluding Bank Holidays. We are a family-run business and we ship everything from our UK-based shop in Derbyshire, UK.
For all items that are in stock and listed as "Available to Buy in Store", we aim to process your order in 2-6 days.
Standard Postage £3.95 - £6.95
We use Royal Mail or an appropriate Courier for the shipping of the majority of items we stock. Our standard service is 48 hours Tracked. Please allow 3-5 working days from your receipt of your dispatch notification. This notification will come from the carrier and include tracking details.
Our postage charges are calculated by weight and the size of the box. This cost is automatically generated a the checkout as each product carries a different cost to ship.
Lighting & Furniture Lead Times
For lighting and furniture "Special Orders" the leads time are always dependant on our suppliers stock availability, and upcoming courier delivery dates.
We always aim to get these items to you within 4 weeks of your order, however upon confirmation of order, we will email you to let you know if we expect any delays that may exceed that 4 week delivery promise.
Furniture Postage £6.95 - £120.00
If you place a large order that exceeds normal limits on size and weight, the postage may default to that of a large couriered item. Delivery costs can be up to £120 and may have limitations for certain areas of the UK.
Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this. We will contact you by email if there are any issues or changes regarding your order or delivery.
Lighting Postage £6.95 - £14.95
All lighting is ordered in as a Special Order unless you have bought it in store from our display. Costs for delivery range from £6.95 to £14.95 for the majority of our lighting, however with large chandeliers made of glass we can charge up to £60 as the weight of these chandeliers usually exceeds the weight limitations for most Royal Mail / DPD / UPS deliveries and so we may have to send this via a specialist courier service.
Large Item postage £ varies
Items that exceed the standard postage limits will be charged at the large item postage weight. We use Royal Mail or an appropriate Courier for the shipping. Shipping charges for these items will be calculated at checkout. We will advise you of any additional charges, for larger or heavier items, that haven’t been calculated at checkout before posting them. If in doubt, please get in contact and we will provide you with a quote.
Couriered/Furniture £60
A courier service is used for the shipment of furniture items or those of a particularly fragile nature.
Our independent Courier collects from us weekly on a Friday. If an order has been placed by 1 pm on Tuesday, and we have the item in stock, we will book the order onto that week's collection. After this time the item will be collected the following week.
Once your order is booked with our courier they will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable delivery date/time.
Please contact us to check if our larger items are in stock before purchasing. Some of our larger furniture items, such as furniture pieces, are ordered from Europe and can take 3-8 weeks to reach our warehouse in Derbyshire before we can check and dispatch (this may take a little longer at the moment due to Brexit and the global pandemic).

Shipping costs and availability may vary in these areas due to access restrictions. Please contact us for further information before placing an order.
International postage:
As a small independent business, unfortunately we are unable to ship any of our products overseas.
